This one starts out well, even if you can ignore the hereford cattle and Mount Whitney in the background (Texas hasn't any hills that high...) of the start of the movie. It was probably made for teenage boys on a Saturday matinee. Still the plot is better than most and so is the acting. But the ending blows it all and it gets Hollywood-sappy. I guess that's why I liked "the Unforgiven" so much since it had a realistic plot.
